Return Policy

We hope you love your new BLCK.B purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt/invoice and in unused condition with original tags and packaging. We’re happy to offer a refund or credit note on unused items returned within 28 days. If you are returning footwear please return items in their original condition including labels and tags intact and with original packaging. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. As we do offer an online fitting service via SizeWise, please ensure you buy the correct size and that your footwear is entirely suitable before use. Please do not wear shoes outside when trying them on as any marks to the uppers or soles will invalidate a refund or credit note. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights. Returns will be dealt with accordingly, dependent on the reason for the return and the condition of the items returned. It can take between 5 – 14 days to process your return and issue a refund or credit note.

No one wants to pay to send stuff back, but free returns aren’t really free when it comes to the planet. Each one adds up. More vans, more waste, more carbon emissions and environmental impact. And that doesn’t bode well with a more sustainable future.
