Before you order from BLCK.B please click on the SizeWise button or scan the QR code on the product pages from your mobile to accurately measure the feet that you want to make happy. We want you to feel confident that you have ordered the correct size first time.

Please ensure all of your contact details are correct before placing an order, like your mobile no., email address and home address so there are no delays in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. This will also allow us to make sure you are kept up to date with how your order is progressing.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our deliveries and you will receive an email with a tracking no. to see how your delivery is going.

If you place an order before 1pm Monday – Friday, your order will be processed the same day. If you place an order after 1pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.
