Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day.

UK Domestic Shipping

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — rates calculated at checkout.
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — rates calculated at checkout.
Free standard delivery available on qualifying orders — see checkout for details.

International Shipping

Europe: 5–10 business days — rates calculated at checkout.
Rest of World: 7–14 business days — rates calculated at checkout .
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. BLCK.B is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. BLCK.B cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
